Thanks for your interest in an EAA1114 nametag!
This is our first 2024 order. Please get your order in by March 4th. We do a couple orders each year so if you miss this order you can get in on the next one. Stay tuned.
Please fill out the following information for your nametag. You can either pay via credit card or paypal (the preferred method) online now, or else send a check.
Each nametag is $15 total with tax, and will include the EAA logo as well as "EAA Chapter 1114" and "Apex/Cary, NC", along with your name. They have a magnetic clasp on the back that holds the tag securely without damaging clothing. Here's an example of what they look like:
You may order multiple nametags with the same name via this form. If you want to order additional nametags with a different name (for your spouse, etc.), fill out this form separately for each name, and pay separately for each order.
Preferred payment is via paypal/credit card for ease of record-keeping. If you don't have a PayPal account, no problem - just click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button on the checkout screen. If you wish to pay by check, see the Treasurer.
